  1. Motion by Rick to Accept Minutes of previous Meeting of March 10, 2021, seconded by Deirdre, Carried.

Sergeant at Arms – Rick $5-Welcome good friend and member Hanif to our club; Joan $1- happy to join our fun club this   morning; Rhonda $4 – Herb vaccination on Saturday; had fun delivered posters for shred a thon; Hanif $3 –happy to join our club; Mom got vaccinated and happy daughter is due in September;  Scott - $5  Sad home not sold yet but happy to pick up more Save On Cards and will deliver; Deirdre $1 -happy vaccine for both she and Brian this weekend and happy for Spring break and visit with family;  Eva $1 – happy to be here and see all and keep in touch.

  5. Fund Raising Projects Update
    1. Shredding Event – Advertising – Deirdre; Happy Scott will be Captain for the day April 17th, Chip has put out signs, Lynda has T-shirts and Aprons, Posters have been dolled out for posting in shops.  Lynda to organized after party.  Please everyone, share on Facebook to spread the word.  Be in newspaper April 1 and April 8, 2021. Net working is critical.  Chamber of Commerce and BIA have been sent poster. Rhonda to contact Jacob from Rotaract for younger people to assist.  Pylons from Carlos appreciated.  Chip has all the sight signs.
    2. Save On Gift Cards – Scott will be Distributing $2000 more in cards to us. Please spread the word that it helps the food bank. 
  6. Rotary International and District Updates:
    1. District training – Club Training called Fiesta – please register – need 5 to attend. Asking new members to attend, very helpful.
    2. District Conference – Online and open to all - and Foundation Gala ; March 31, 2021 – special speaker, also info regarding RYLA .  All online for info.
    3. Notice from Pat Bond - Polio Plus – asked all clubs to join this group and commit to $100US per year until Polio is eradicated.
    4. Citation Goals update – Our club is doing well, need 4 attend district Conference; Rotary fellowship – Rick is one and need one more. Rick will resend the email of it; Rotary International Advertising left to be completed soon.  Encourage all to listen to “Pets” videos.  Much thanks for all efforts to obtain goals.  Please advise Rhonda of all Seminars/training, Pets videos that are attended so we can ensure it is on our Report. We Met Criteria for Grant training. 
  1. Business from previous meetings:
A Speaker for April, Pai’s Mom Elizabeth Mukondiwa, a Rotarian from Zimbabwe, we would like to give a presentation for April 14, 2021.           Rhonda to confirm and arrange.
