  1.  Accept Minutes of previous Meeting of March 24, 2021, moved by Scott and seconded by Deirdre, carried.
  2. Any Additions to the Agenda
  3. Sergeant at Arms – Eva – Happy $ 1Carlos Birthday yesterday and thankful for all our connections and health,  Deirdre – Happy $5 for Carlos’s birthday,  Rhonda $5. Happy for Carlos Birthday, and Herb had his vaccination, Marjorie $10 happy Jeff got his vaccine and for Carlos Birthday, Scott $5 – House Sold July 1 possession, Garry - $1 – happy to all people being happy through this dark time. 
  4. Fund Raising Projects Update
    1. Shredding Event – April 17, 2021, - 10 days away!! Brochures ready? – Please repost all your posters again,  email, carry Poster in car to spread around, tape poster to your car window; Day of will look for better control of line up and ensure people don’t skip the line for safety’s sake.  After party is probably only if weather is good enough to have outdoors, but no alcohol allowed outdoors.   Rhonda Has Brochures ready to get printed to hand out.
    2. Scott – has sold $4,000 in Save on gift cards!   Thanks, so much Scott!   Contact Scott if need any more!
  5.  Directors Reports
  • Treasurer – Jeff – 941.00 in club account which is used for our misc. expenses as brochures, etc. All funds in line to date. Approximately 10,000, for other projects.
  • Membership – Deirdre – Membership is good, Hanif will rejoin and be at our Shred event!
  • Publicity – – Deirdre has done our publicity very well with thanks, ads in paper and Facebook ongoing.
  • Administration – Rhonda advised will be getting our meetings back to a schedule that will match our Brochure advertising that our meetings will be the 1st, 2nd, and 4th, Wednesday at 7:30am with our Social on the 3rd Wednesday at 6Pm.
  • Rotary Foundation - Alan
  1. Rotary International and District Updates: Please sign up for courses online at district site, for positions such as secretary, administration, very helpful, for month of April only. This is all free! Please help us meet our citation goals by attending these courses.
  2. Special Events:  April 10 is Deirdre Birthday,  Carlos April 6, 2021,
  3. Rhonda -interviewed some of her contacts how they have survived thru covid 19.   Although they miss the face to face, zoom meetings have proved successful and encouraging to meet more often as can be done from home or wherever you are.  IT is a new connection, and all appreciate being able to meet.  Rhonda wants to Thank and give appreciation to our club members that are helping and committing to attend these zoom meetings and keep the spirit and progress going with enthusiasm.  Also, we thank Rhonda for being our lead and manning the meetings faithfully and enthusiastically.
