October 19 Meeting

This week was a social with dinner at La Baia scheduled for 6 pm.  Late arrivals were pat Hahn and wife and Geoff Richards and wife.  We had 3 tables reserved but only used two. 

Present were Roberta Zdril, Peter Herz and wife, Gary McIntosh and wife, visiting Rotarian, from Calgary, Bill, Alan Benson and wife, all at one table. Brian O’Ruaric, Deirdre O’Ruaric, Renee Nicholson, Pat Hahn and wife, Jeff Richards and wife at the second table. 

In my opinion food was good, drink was good, cost was reasonable and conversation was good.  No coupons were used at our table because La Baia has a policy of not dividing the table bill if coupons are used but will if no coupons are used. 

Next meeting is Wednesday morning Oct. 26.  We hope there will be fines for late arrivals at dinner since dinner was held for all until late arrivals came.
